Quality & Certification
Oseaguard's views on quality control and international certification as a waterproofing material manufacturer. Consistent quality, adherence to standards, and long-term performance testing are three things we believe manufacturers must do correctly.
Quality Perspective
Quality is not merely an inspection result, nor simply a sample, but a controlled production process.
From raw material selection to final product delivery, Oseguard adheres to established procedures and quality standards at every step.
Raw Material Inspection
◆ Polymer Resin Validation
Verify resin grade, purity, and batch consistency beforeprocessing.
◆ Additives & Formulation Control
Precise measurement and mixing ratio validation of allchemical additives.
Process Quality Control
◆ Thickness & Weight Monitoring
Real-time inline measurement to maintain dimensionaluniformity throughout production.
◆ Tensile Strength & Elongation Testing
Mechanical property validation to ensure the materialmeets performance specs.
◆ Surface & Appearance Inspection
Visual and optical checks for defects, discoloration, andsurface integrity.
Finished Product Testing
◆ Dimensional Accuracy
Final measurement verification against product drawing tolerances.
◆ Physical & Mechanical Properties
Comprehensive lab testing for durability, impactresistance, and compliance.
◆ Roller Identification & Traceability
Unique ID tagging and full batch traceability for end-to-end quality assurance.
Oseaguard TPO products have successively passed the certification of high-tech products, EU CE certification, China Building Materials CTC product quality certification and US FM certification.

About LEED
The LEED system is the most comprehensive, influential, and widely used green building evaluation standard internationally. Driven by market demand, brand influence, and the guidance of sustainable development concepts, this standard has become one of the two mainstream certification systems in China.
Oseaguard TPO materials have passed the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) green building certification system in the United States. LEED is a green building evaluation system established and promoted by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

We can also provide third-party testing upon request, offering additional assurance for critical projects. For example, SGS certification. We have also obtained many relevant certifications in China.
