Polymer cement waterproof coating (JS) is a two-component water-based waterproof coating made primarily of acrylic emulsion and cement, with fillers and other additives. It cures into a film through a cement hydration reaction. The product meets the requirements of GB/T23445-2009 "Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating".
Features of Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating
High-strength, tough, highly elastic coating with good water and weather resistance;
Can be applied directly to dry or damp substrates with high adhesion strength;
Non-toxic, odorless, only evaporates water, making it an environmentally friendly product;
Can be used in combination with various other waterproof coatings or roll materials.
Applications of Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating
1. Type I is mainly used for waterproofing projects in environments with alternating wet and dry conditions, such as roof waterproofing;
2. Type II is mainly used for waterproofing projects in environments with long-term immersion in water, such as basement waterproofing;
3. Type III is mainly used for damp-proofing projects.

Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating Construction Methods and Processes
1. The construction surface must be flat, firm, clean, and free of standing water. Cracks should be repaired, and corners should be rounded. Overly dry surfaces should be pre-wetted with water before application.
2. Slowly add the powder to the liquid while simultaneously using an electric mixer to thoroughly mix until homogeneous. Mixing time is approximately 5 minutes. The mixing ratio is liquid to powder = 1:1.2 (Type I), 1:1.5 (Type II), or 1:2 (Type III).
3. Apply using a scraper, using a thin, multiple-coat method. Each coat should not be too thick. Each subsequent coat should be applied after the previous coat has fully dried. The coating should be applied evenly.
4. For applications using fiberglass mesh: Generally, the coating is applied in two coats. After completing the lower coat, immediately lay the fiberglass mesh and take appropriate measures to smooth it. Apply the upper coat when the lower coat is surface dry but not completely dry.
Precautions: Other covering layers should only be applied after the waterproof layer has completely dried; the air temperature must be above 5℃ during application; application is not recommended in rainy weather or when there is standing water on the substrate; this product is alkaline and may cause irritation if splashed into eyes, please rinse immediately with water.
Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating Transportation and Storage
This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, it should be protected from sunlight, freezing, rain, pressure, and collisions, and the packaging should be kept intact;
This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry place, away from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃. Shelf life is 6 months.
