Single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a synthetic polymer waterproof coating made from isocyanate-containing prepolymers such as isocyanate and polyether through addition polymerization, combined with various additives and fillers through mixing and other processes. After application, the coating cures by contact with moisture in the air, triggering the sealing and curing agents within the system. The product meets the requirements of GB/T19250-2013 "Polyurethane Waterproof Coatings".

Application Scope of Single-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
Mainly used for waterproofing and damp-proofing of basements, bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, cold storage, floors, etc. It can also be used for waterproofing underground engineering, municipal projects, bridges, subways, dams, and non-exposed roof projects.

Application Method of Single-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
· Substrate Preparation: The surface should be intact, flat, and dry, meeting curing requirements.
· This coating can be applied by scraping, brushing, or spraying. The coating should be stirred evenly before use, with a film thickness of at least 1.5mm. Apply in 2-3 coats, the first coat approximately 0.5mm thick. After the first coat has cured (approximately 24 hours), apply the next coats. The total usage is 2.5-3.0 kg/m².
· Protective Layer Application: When using the coating on roofs, a protective layer should be applied, with a thickness not less than 20mm. For walkable surfaces, after the coating has fully cured, apply a 3-5 cm layer of cement mortar or lay square bricks.
• After opening and use, any remaining material must be sealed and stored.

Precautions for Single-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
• The interval between two coats should be adjusted according to the temperature, ideally until the surface is dry but not sticky.
• The application temperature should be 5-35℃. Do not apply in rain or snow. Apply in the morning only after the dew has dried.
• Application should be done in well-ventilated conditions. Appropriate safety precautions should be taken by the application personnel.
Storage and Transportation of Single-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
• Different types of products should be stacked separately during storage and transportation. Keep away from fire, direct sunlight and rain, and collisions. Ensure adequate ventilation. Storage temperature: 5℃~40℃.
• This product must be stored upside down during storage and transportation.
• Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
