Product Overview
High-solids elastomeric moisture-curing membranes engineered for below-grade structures, civil infrastructure, and podium decks. These systems cure into a seamless, monolithic barrier that bonds directly to concrete substrates, accommodating structural micro-movement and continuous hydrostatic pressure. Available in single-component polyurethane and two-component polymer-modified cementitious variants.

Key Features
Elastomeric Recovery: Accommodates dynamic thermal movement and structural joint shifts without tearing.
Monolithic Application: Cures to a continuous, jointless field layer, removing weak points inherent in pre-formed sheet membranes.
Hydrostatic Pressure Tolerance: Withstands positive and negative water pressure up to 0.5 MPa.
Chemical Durability: Resists ground sulfates, mild acids, and soil alkaline elements.
Moisture Vapor Balance: Blocks liquid water ingress while allowing trapped substrate vapor to vent, preventing blister formation.

Application Workflow
Substrate Prep -> Epoxy Priming -> Detail Detailing -> Base & Top Coats -> Protection Layer
Substrate Preparation: Shot-blast or scarify concrete to remove laitance, achieving a surface profile of CSP 3 to CSP 5. Repair honeycombs and cracks wider than 0.4 mm using structural epoxy mortar.
Priming: Apply solvent-free epoxy or polyurethane primer at 0.20 - 0.30 kg/m² using a roller to seal surface pores and stop pinhole outgassing. Tack-cure for 4 - 6 hours at 20°C.
Detailing: Embed reinforcing polyester fleece in a wet stripe coat at internal angles, pipe penetrations, and cold joints.
Membrane Installation: Apply the liquid coating in two cross-directional coats using a notched squeegee or airless spray equipment. Monitor wet film thickness to achieve a dry film thickness (DFT) of 1.5 - 2.0 mm.
Protection Placement: Install protection boards, drainage geocomposites, or screeds within 72 hours of final cure to prevent jobsite damage during backfill.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging Configurations:
PU Systems: 25 kg steel pails or 200 kg sealed drums.
Cementitious Polymer Systems: 25 kg multi-wall paper bags (powder) and 10 kg plastic jugs (liquid).

Q: Can this product be installed on damp concrete?
A: Solvent-free polyurethane requires substrate moisture below 4%. For green or damp concrete (> 4% moisture), use our moisture-tolerant two-component cementitious polymer or apply a dedicated vapor-mitigating epoxy primer first.
Q: What is the allowable recoat window between coats?
A: The recoat window ranges between 12 and 24 hours at 20°C. If left longer than 48 hours, solvent wiping and mechanical light abrading are required to ensure interlaminar bond strength.
Q: Is the material UV stable for exposed roof surfaces?
A: Standard aromatic polyurethane formulations require an aliphatic UV-resistant topcoat if exposed to sunlight. For exposed pedestrian decks, specify our aliphatic topcoat option.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private labeling?
A: The MOQ for custom packaging and branded labels is 5 metric tons or one standard 20-foot container load (20GP).
